Chicago window washers have ratified a new three-year union contract.

The window washer held several rallies and marches during negotiations, noting that they risk their lives each day but struggle make ends meet.

A union spokesperson said the new agreement includes a raise and safety improvements. The window washers are employed by corporate cleaning services and other companies.
