Woman, 30, recovering after Belmont Harbor fall

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 30-year-old woman is recovering in the hospital after falling into Belmont Harbor.

Someone called for help after seeing the woman slip and fall into the frigid waters while jogging.

Firefighters say another person came to the woman's aid and she was able to hang onto land until help arrived.

The woman was taken to Illinois Masonic Hospital and is in stable condition.
