STONE PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A group of nuns protested Friday over a strip club that opened recently near their convent. Club Allure is in west suburban Stone Park.

The nuns sang and prayed as they marched the short distance to the strip club.

The nuns sued earlier this month, arguing that the club violates state law that requires a 1,000-foot buffer between adult entertainment facilities and places of worship.

An attorney for that club says it respects the free speech rights of the nuns and hopes they can respect the club's rights, too. He adds that it is a legal business.
