A 10-day, all-expense paid trip to Israel, which is one of the gifts in the Oscar swag bag that some Hollywood A-listers will get at the Oscars, has sparked some controversy.

Top nominees and host Chris Rock will get gifts worth $200,000.

The country's tourism ministry hopes the publicity generated will bring more foreign visitors.

Some Palestinian critics call the gift propaganda and hope stars reject the trips.

The Oscars will be held Sunday.
