New research underway for ovarian cancer detection

Doctors say they're close to finding a new way to detect ovarian cancer.

Ovarian cancer is often considered one the deadliest forms of cancer because there are no early signs or symptoms.

Less than half of those diagnosed are still alive after five years.

Researchers say the new detection method relies on a mathematical formula, but more research is still needed.
