VIDEO: Bear breaks into kitchen, helps itself to free lunch

LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (WLS) -- A bear was caught on home surveillance video climbing into a window and helping itself to a free lunch.

The family said they left their Lake Tahoe, California house for more than an hour. Somehow, the 7-foot, 300-pound bear climbed through a small window in the kitchen.

This was the second time the bear broke into the home. Last year, it crashed through the front door.

They say the bear went in and out several times collecting food.
