Pet walk to benefit Hinsdale Humane Society

HINSDALE, Ill. (WLS) -- A pet walk this Sunday will benefit the Hinsdale Humane Society.

It includes a stroller- and dog-friendly walk, as well as a timed 5K run. You can also see demonstrations and enjoy entertainment.

The pet walk and run is Sunday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Katherine Legge Memorial Park in Hinsdale. ABC7's Judy Hsu will be the emcee.

By the way, here's a fun fact you may not know: the original Morris the Cat came from the Hinsdale Humane Society.
