A 36-hour adoption marathon is taking place from now through 11 p.m. Saturday for homeless pets in Chicago.
The adoption drive is taking place at PAWS Chicago on North Clybourn.
About 125 puppies, dogs, kittens and cats are all looking for new homes with loving pet owners.
