Man, 20, charged with murder after body found in Harvey

HARVEY, Ill. (WLS) -- A south suburban man has been charged with murdering a man during an armed robbery.

Police say 20-year old Vicente Mendoza shot and killed Jose Garcia-Cibrian in the back of the head several times.

The 30-year old's body was found in a forest preserve in Harvey.

Mendoza is being held without bail.
