CHICAGO (WLS) -- Homeless youth are calling on Gov. Bruce Rauner and state lawmakers to restore services that help them.

The group says it's been more than 80 days since services for homeless youth received state funding because of the budget crisis. A rally was held outside the Thompson Center on Wednesday.

The governor's office responded Wednesday afternoon, blaming the legislature for refusing to pass a balanced budget.
