Sexual harassment suit against Dan Rutherford thrown out

The sexual harassment lawsuit against Illinois State Treasurer Dan Rutherford has been tossed out-- at least for now.

Lawyers for the accuser, Edmund Michalowski, have until next Thursday to re-file their lawsuit, and they say they will.

Rutherford and his lawyers insist the case was politically motivated to derail his campaign in the Republican primary for governor.
