Elderly woman killed after hit by dump truck in Des Plaines

DES PLAINES, Ill. (WLS) -- A woman in her 90s was killed after being struck by a dump truck in northwest suburban Des Plaines.

She was struck in a strip mall parking lot near Elmhurst and Golf Road on Thursday.

The identity of the victim has yet to be released
