Lemmy Kilmister, Motorhead frontman, dies at 70

Lemmy Kilmister, frontman of the heavy metal band Motorhead, passed away Monday following a brief battle with cancer. He was 70.

The band posted the news on their Facebook page, "There is no easy way to say this...our mighty, noble friend Lemmy passed away today after a short battle with an extremely aggressive cancer."

Celebrities have taken to social media to comment on their friend's passing.
