Prisoner hit by 2 vehicles after escaping CPD transport vehicle in South Deering

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A prisoner who escaped from a Chicago police transport vehicle was injured after being hit by 2 other vehicles Friday morning, police said

The 22-year-old man escaped from the transport vehicle at about 5:45 a.m. in the 2200-block of East 103rd Street, police said. The prisoner was then hit by two other vehicles

The prisoner was seriously injured and transported to Christ Hospital in stable condition with minor abrasions.
