Chicago condo sold in Trump Tower sets new record

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago condo sold last month trumps all others.

A 1,450-square-foot one bedroom unit in the Trump Tower sold for just under $1.64 million.

That works out to more than $1,100 a square foot. It's well over the previous record set by a unit sold at the Ritz Carlton on Michigan Avenue.
