2 firefighters injured in Robbins fire
Two firefighters were injured after a building collapsed on them during a building fire in south suburban Robbins, officials said.

ROBBINS, Ill. (WLS) -- Two firefighters were injured after a building collapsed on them during a building fire in south suburban Robbins, officials said.

The blaze, which reignited before being struck out, broke out Friday night in a vacant building near 136th and South Lawndale, officials said. Over 50 firefighters were called to help.

One firefighter was seriously injured in the incident, while another sustained minor injuries. Both are expected to be ok.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
