Police: Fatal Aurora shooting may be from accidental discharge

AURORA, Ill. (WLS) -- An investigation is underway in the western suburbs after police say a man was shot and killed Saturday morning.

Police got a call to a home on the 400-block of N. View Street in Aurora around 7:15 a.m. Officers discovered Angel Reyna, 25, suffering from a single gunshot wound.

Reyna was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say it appears the gun may have accidentally discharged.
