CHICAGO (WLS) -- Some of the Chicago Bulls used an off day to give back to people in need and help feed the homeless.

Head coach Fred Hoiberg took a turn carving turkey and some of his players handed out traditional Thanksgiving dinners to people at the Pacific Garden Mission.

This is the 13th year the team has helped with the pre-Thanksgiving event. The players say it is a pleasure to give back to their community.

The Bulls play the Indiana Pacers Monday night at the United Center.
