Fiesta Del Sol kickoff reception held in Pilsen

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A celebration of Chicago's Latino heritage kicked off at the Mexican Museum of Art in Pilsen Thursday evening.

The museum hosted the opening reception for the 45th annual Fiesta Del Sol, which will be held next weekend. Scholarships were also awarded to area college students at the kickoff reception.
