Museum gala supports Black Creativity Program

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Hundreds attended a gala celebrating black creativity Saturday night at the Museum of Science and Industry.

The gala raises money to support the Black Creativity Program, which pays tribute to the culture, heritage and scientific contributions of African Americans.

Organizers also hope to motivate young people to study science. This is the 32nd year for the gala.
