White Sox host egg hunt for prizes, tickets

CHICAGO (WLS) -- It wasn't so much an egg hunt as a dash in the South Loop as 12,000 eggs were up for grabs - and kids were eager to scoop them up.

The Prairie District Neighborhood Alliance partnered with the Chicago White Sox to host the event. The team gave away 500 game tickets.

Other prizes included bikes, toys and gift cards.
