Chicago Blackhawks single-game tickets on sale Monday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Single-game tickets went on sale Monday for the Chicago Blackhawks' 2016-17 season.

The Blackhawks open the season on Oct. 12 at home against the St. Louis Blues, who knocked the Blackhawks out of the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season.

Tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. and fans can purchase them at chicagoblackhawks.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000.

The Blackhawks will play 22 of 41 home games this season on weekends, with six games on Fridays, three on Saturdays and 13 on Sundays.

Hawks night games from Monday through Saturday start at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday home games start at 6 p.m., with select game time changes due to national television broadcasts.
