Lawyers for Patrick Kane's alleged victim to hold news conference

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WLS) -- Lawyers for Patrick Kane's alleged victim will hold a news conference in Buffalo, N.Y., on Wednesday afternoon.

Kane is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at his New York home on Aug. 2. He has not been charged.

Kane played for the Hawks Tuesday night in a preseason game at the United Center.
