Police search for stalking suspect who targeted girl, 16, near Midway

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are warning residents in the West Lawn neighborhood to be alert after a 16-year-old girl said she was stalked by a man for two days.

Police said the man pulled up to the girl in the 6300- and 6600-blocks of S. Springfield on Monday and Tuesday. Investigators say the man told the girl he had been watching her and asked if she needed a ride.

The girl managed to snap this picture of his black SUV. Police say it has a sticker of a family on the left side of the rear window and a Blackhawks logo on the right side.
