Chicago police officer demonstrates how to tie a tie

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Need help tying a tie? A Chicago police officer might be able to help.

A video posted on Facebook by Blue Lives Matter shows a white Chicago police officer showing a group of black men his technique for tying a tie.

The video comes at a time when there's been a lot of tension between Chicago police and members of some communities.
