CHICAGO (WLS) -- A contract agreement for some Chicago Skyway workers could have an impact on drivers who use the tollway.

The union for the workers is scheduled to have a final negotiation meeting Monday to try to reach an agreement on a new contract.

Their current contract expires Monday and the union says they could vote on Wednesday whether or not to go on strike if an agreement isn't reached.

A strike would affect Labor Day travel plans causing excessive delays.
