Police warn of armed robberies in Uptown

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Police are warning residents of three armed robberies in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. Detectives said three different suspects may be behind each incident.

The first robbery occurred on North Kenmore Avenue near West Wilson Avenue around 7:30 p.m. on March 5.

Two separate robberies occurred on Monday along North Winthrop Avenue: one near West Leland Avenue around 2 p.m. and the other near West Lawrence Avenue around 5:40 p.m.
