"It's going to be cold the entire weekend," Taft said.

Taft forecasts highs in the teens on Saturday and wind chills below zero. Wind gusts could range from 35-50 mph in the city and the suburbs. Occasional snow is also expected on Sunday, when highs are expected to hover around 10 degrees.
