TAMPA BAY, Fla. (WLS) -- A giant waterspout snaked across a Tampa Bay bridge in Florida Sunday, tipping over a post office big rig.
It damaged the truck and sent mail flying every direction. The driver managed to escape unharmed.
Another driver traveling along the Sunshine Skyway Bridge captured the fury on cell phone video.
