CHICAGO (WLS) -- Members of Chicago's Asian American community are calling for the firing of two Chicago police officers.

They were involved in a vicious case of police brutality that was caught on camera two years ago during a police raid on a West Side tanning salon.

Surveillance video shows a police officer hitting Jessica Klyzek while she was handcuffed. One of the officers is then heard verbally abusing her.

The Independent Police Review Authority has recommended the officers be suspended, but community members want Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy to take stronger action.

Chicago police say they are reviewing the recommendations for firing the officers.

Last year, lawyers for Klyzek and the city agreed to a settlement of $150,000.
