Pillow Talk: Nightmare neighbor

Today's "Pillow Talk" question is a neighbor nightmare and it comes from Toni in Orland Park. She writes:

"We live in attached townhouses with a big beautiful park outside our front entrances with two-car attached garages and driveways out back. Our next door neighbors constantly park their cars out in front of our unit blocking our view of the park. They never block their view. It's a public street, so we can't make them move and it seems obvious they're doing this entirely for their convenience without losing their views and 'too bad' about our views! What do we do?"
