Chicago police responded to the 2100-block of West Howard Street at about 1:09 a.m. and found 19 vehicles with broken side mirrors or windows.

Joel Deluoin's taxi was one of the vehicles that had its side mirror trashed, causing over $100 in damage.
"I'm not working today because I can't drive it like that. I'm not driving like that. I will lose a day, probably two more," he said.

No one is in custody, police said.
