MATTESON, Ill. (WLS) -- A suspect has been charged after a woman and a teenage boy were shot to death in a south suburban apartment.

Kephren Ferguson, a 34-year-old man, was arrested at his residence in Hammond, Indiana after detectives with the Hammond Police Department SWAT and the Matteson Police Department executed a search warrant there.
The shooting happened on Thursday night during an argument between two women who live at the Matteson apartment, police said. Officers responded to the 4100 block of Lindenwood Drive just before 10:30 p.m., where they found the victims.
Ashiya Ogden, a 20-year-old woman, was found with an apparent gunshot wound to the head, authorities said. Darius Folds, a 16-year-old boy, was found with apparent gunshot wounds to the head and chest. Both victims live in Chicago.
Ferguson is one of the roommate's boyfriend. The two victims were the other roommate's siblings.

Ferguson has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.
Ferguson remains in custody and will be extradited to Cook County, officials said.
