Police looking for hit-and-run driver who seriously injured woman in East Garfield Park crosswalk

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police are looking for the driver involved in a serious West Side hit-and-run crash that happened earlier this week.

Police say the driver of a 2013-2018 maroon Ford Fusion, similar to the one in the video player above, hit a woman in East Garfield Park on Monday night.



She was in the crosswalk near West Franklin Boulevard and North Kedzie Avenue just before 8 p.m. and was seriously hurt.

The front and hood of the Ford may be damaged.
