Thursday, September 25, 2025
CHICAGO (WLS) -- It's the first week of fall and we're starting to see a few fall colors.

A few pops of color have started to spread on trees in Busse Woods.

Some trees in the Chicago area have started experiencing early fall colors or brown leaves due to warmer-than-normal weather conditions and other factors.

Spencer Campbell from the Morton Arboretum joined ABC7 to talk about local fall foliage.

The Morton Arboretum grounds are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to sunset.
