OTTAWA, Ill. (WLS) -- Authorities in Ottawa, Illinois are responding to an incident at a chemical plant in Ottawa, Illinois.
The Ottawa Police Department has warned residents to avoid the area of Route 6 and Titanium Drive.
Police said traffic in the area was being rerouted. The reroute has been lifted.
