The crash happened at Touhy Avenue over the I-94 expressway on Saturday around 10:55 p.m., according to Skokie police.
A car was driving westbound on Touhy when it struck a 17-year-old riding a bike, Skokie police said.
The driver and the car were still at the scene when police arrived.
The teenager was taken to the hospital and police said his condition was stabilized.
Touhy Avenue was shutdown for hours as police investigated the crash. The road reopened by 7 a.m. on Sunday.
