Job applicant 'Jose' becomes 'Joe' on resume, employers respond

Jose Zamora told Buzzfeed.com that he was out of work and sending 50 to 100 resumes a day with no luck.

Then one day, he sent out resumes with one letter dropped from his name and the responses came pouring in, filling up his inbox, he said.
