New murals dedicated at Horace Mann Academy in South Chicago

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Students helped design and create the new murals that were dedicated Tuesday at an elementary school on Chicago's South Side.

The artwork can be found on outside walls at Horace Mann Academy in the city's South Chicago neighborhood.

Green Star Movement, the company responsible for other large-scale murals throughout Chicago, helped with this project.

The school says their students build self-esteem through creating their own artwork.
