Elk Grove Village crash involving dump truck, 5 cars kills 1

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Ill. (WLS) -- One person was killed in a traffic accident involving a dump truck and five passenger vehicles Saturday.

Police responded to the accident at approximately 10 a.m. in Elk Grove Village near Arlington Heights Road and Meadow Court.

The victim has not been identified.

Police at the scene have not indicated what may have led to the crash.
