Chicago's Palestine Film Festival returns
The Palestine Film Festival has shown over 250 films since it began.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- The world's longest running festival dedicated to films about Palestine is back in Chicago for its 14th year.

The Palestine Film Festival has shown over 250 films since it began. This year's festival takes place from April 18-30 at the Gene Siskel Film Center (164 N State St, Chicago, IL 60601) and one special South Side screening on April 26 at Stagg High School (8015 W 111th St, Palos Hills, IL 60465.)

The festival hopes to bring together films about Palestine that engage, enlighten, entertain and inspire audiences.

Jameeleh Shelo, executive director of the Chicago Palestine Film Festival, chatted about the festival on ABC 7 Eyewitness News.
