CHICAGO -- Wilmette native Chad Bernstein stops by to talk about Guitars over Guns.

Chad designed the program to provide mentoring to at-risk youth through visual art and music education as an alternative to the negative and harmful influences that typically dominate their environments. Professional musicians serve as mentors where they set goals with their students that can be applied to music as well as real life. The program gives students the opportunity to learn, grown and unleash their potential to be leaders.
