California twins born in different years

SAN DIEGO, Ca. -- A California couple is celebrating the birth of their newborn twins.

This set of siblings will have a very unique story to tell on the playground in a few years.

The proud father, Luis Valencia showed off his set of twins on New Year's Day.

Only one is considered a new year's baby.

And, that's because his baby girl was born one minute before midnight on New Year's Eve.

Her twin brother was born two minutes after midnight on New Year's day.

They are twins, but will have two different years on their birth certificates.
