CHICAGO (WLS) -- A culinary celebration kicks off this week in Chicago.
The fourth annual James Beard Eats Week features James Beard-inspired dishes at more than 130 restaurants in the city.
Chefs from three of those restaurants joined ABC 7 Eyewitness News at 11 Monday morning: Debbie Gold from "Tied House", Laura Cheng from "Sun Wah Barbecue" and Ollie Walleck from "Broken Shaker."
