Taste of Chicago gets underway Wednesday

CHICAGO (WLS) -- There's always a huge variety of good food cooking up in Grant Park for the annual Taste of Chicago, which begins Wednesday.

The Taste runs through July 9. Street closures are already in place. Admission is free.

As always, big crowds are expected if you're coming downtown for the Taste.

Musical performers at this year's Taste include Alessia Cara, Café Tacvba, Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals, Passion Pit and The O'Jays.
