Illinois State Trooper hospitalized after rollover crash involving SUV

CHICAGO (WLS) -- An Illinois State Trooper was taken to the hospital Sunday after a rollover crash near Guaranteed Rate Field.

The Trooper's car was pushed into a bridge railing after it was hit by an SUV near East Pershing Road and South LaSalle Street. Firefighters had to cut the Trooper out of the vehicle.

Fire crews said the Trooper is doing well.
