CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police say they've arrested one of the suspects in the sexual assault of two women in West Town last month.

Greg Bogacz, 27, is charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault in the October 31 attack, but a second suspect is still on the loose.

Prosecutors say the two victims had left The Mid nightclub around 3:15 a.m. on Halloween morning and walked to their SUV, which was parked a block away. When they got to their SUV in the 800-block of West Wayman Street, they found a window broken and several items missing, police said. They were then choked from behind, beaten and forced into their vehicle, where Bogacz and the other man allegedly sexually assaulted both women over several minutes.

Prosecutors say Bogacz did not know the two female victims, ages 29 and 30. Bogacz and another unidentified man were allegedly spotted on multiple surveillance videos, including at The Mid.

Police released surveillance footage of the alleged attackers, and prosecutors say that lead to several anonymous calls identifying the suspects.

"I hope they find the other guy. I hope the same surveillance footage they got of the first guy, they can use to identify the second one," said Brendon Kuleck, a West Town resident.

As the suspects fled in another vehicle, authorities say a witness was able to glean a partial license plate. Police say both victims have identified Bogacz in a lineup.

Word of the arrest provided some relief to those who work and live in West Town, but many remain on edge.

"The other guy is out there, and I'm still out here in the neighborhood, a lot of us are, a lot of great people are. And I'm still nervous," said Ashleigh Brodhead, who works in West Town.

"I think we like to tell ourselves that there are things that we can do to keep ourselves safe, and the reality is there's people out there who want to hurt you," said Jennifer Doty, a West Town resident.

Police say Bogacz, a resident of the Northwest Side, is now being held on $300,000 bond.
