2 dead, 2 hurt in Bucktown crash

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two people were killed when an SUV struck two vehicles and a tree in the 1600 block of West Webster in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood.

The male driver, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene around 3:30 a.m. Sunday. A female passenger in the front seat died after being transported to Illinois Masonic Hospital.

Two others are hospitalized at Illinois Masonic and Stroger hospitals. They are in serious condition, officials said.

Chicago police say gray Chevy Tahoe sideswiped a vehicle and continued for two blocks where it struck a parked car and tree.
