Boy, 14, trampled by crowd during fight at Morgan Park carnival

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 14-year-old boy was trampled by a crowd when a large fight broke out Saturday night in the city's Morgan Park neighborhood.

At about 9 p.m., police were dispersing the crowd in the Marshfield Shopping Center near 117th and Marshfield on the South Side. Police responded to the scene at about 7 p.m.

The boy was in serious condition Saturday night.

There were no immediate reports of arrest or other injuries.
