CHICAGO -- A 15-year-old boy was wounded in the leg while he was sleeping in a basement bedroom in the Englewood neighborhood Sunday morning, Chicago police said.
The boy was in a home in the 6000-block of South Wood Street at about 3:40 a.m. Police said shots were fired and a bullet went through the floor, hitting the victim.
